Error CRRRS6517E creating pdf or word documents

Hi all,

Recently I migrated from version 3.0.1 of Jazz to version 4.0.1 and now when I try to create PDF or DOC, the system generates the following error:

CRRRS6517E The report generation request failed. Please verify the report settings. If this problem persists, contatc an Administrator.

The error only happens with some documents, which makes me think that the problem is about the artifacts and not about the RPE, but "what" is the problem?

Has anyone seen this error? Does anyone know how to solve it?

If anyone can help, I thank you.

Hello Luiz,

did you reinitialize the reporting engine after Migration?

If that not fix the problem, than you should contact support, I had a similar problem with artifacts migrated from 2.x to 3.x and 4.0.1, which could not be printed (RRC 4.0.1 WI Printing Problem).

Well,

I don't know what is causing the problem, but I know how to solve it.

I edited the artifact and I made a little change in it (include an space), later I saved it and tryed to generate the .doc and...surprise...it worked!
