How to open hyperlinks in new tab for the links present in pdf file generated by rpe pub?

I have few gc links present in the pdf file generated by rpe. I am opening those files in browser, I want to open the links in new tab, But links are opening in the same tab. How to achieve this? I have searched to set target as _blank in my dta file. But I couldnt find. Any workaround for this issue?

This is a default pdf behaviour , we cannot do anything about this from Publishing.
