RRC 4 and SANBOX02

Hello

I am trying to use RRC 4 in the sandbox and I am having issues with the artifacts.

My project is STOCKDALEL. I tried to create a Business Process Diagram and a Use Case Diagram.  I don't think the artifact types are loaded correctly in the Sandbox. When I create the diagrams there are no flowchart symbols available as per RRC 3.

I have tried using IE9 and Firefox. When I use Firefox I get a CRRRW8010E error.

Can anybody help please.

How did you get to the point where you had a RRC project that allowed you to create diagrams? I just tried to create a sandbox project and I get a very basic RM project with only a text based artifact types.  Which sandbox did you use and what kind of project did you create?

Never mind.  I was able to figure it out and I was able to create a BPD on my newly created RM project on sandbox02.  I even added you as an author to my test project so you can try it and let me know.  Is your project on Sandbox01?

Looks like the Sandbox may have to be investigated by the Jazz.net team. You can open a bug on the Community Feedback project area, if necessary, https://jazz.net/jazz02/web/projects/Community%20Feedback

See this article for the troubleshooting tip on this error which says it is usually a server side issue, not a client issue.

However, I tried to reproduce this with a RM 401 project on Sandbox02 and it worked just fine.

Sandbox01 does have a problem creating diagrams.  Try to create your sandbox project on Sandbox02 and you should be ok with creating diagrams.

Thanks for the response.

At the moment I'm using FF 7.0.1. Due to other applications I cannot upgrade FF at the moment. 

I used FF9 and IE9. In FF I do not see your diagram, just a blank page. In IE9 I get a CRRRW8010E message.

How did you install the plugins please?

Its OK, I have installed the plugins. 

I still get the CRRRW8010E message but I can edit diagrams.

Yes, I saw this behavior as well.  Until they reboot these sandbox servers and apply some parameters for the RM Converter application, I think you will continue to see this error on Sandbox01.

Perhaps you can create a project on Sandbox02 instead.  I had no problem with that one.
