Unable to start the RQM service

Rajesh Avanthi (10815145173) | asked Dec 05 '12, 6:50 a.m.
Hi

I'm trying to start the RQM 2.0.1.1 IFix2 service from the Services windows (Start >> Run >>Services.msc) under Win2003 R2 64 bit edition.
Unfortunately I'm not able to start the service from here and receive the following error:

The IBM Rational Quality Manager 2.0.1.1 service terminated with service specific error 0(0x0)

I'm able to start RQM server by navigating to the RQM install directory as well from the program menu.

Any inputs on why and how can i start the RQM service from services window? Is there any impact out of this?
