Hi

Does anybody knows if is possible to add 1 user to several project areas in a bulk way and not necessarily opening the project areas 1 by 1 to add the user?

Hi Jorge,
Currently there is no such feature out of the box. Anyway you can use scripting way for that: Bulk Manipulation of Process Area Membership. Please notice that there is available to add multiple users to one project area.
