Can we disable auto-refresh in pending changes view when login RTC repository

 When we login RTC repository, the pending changes view will refresh automatically. But when there are lots of files in each component, the refresh takes much time and we have to wait until the refresh finished.  Is there a way that we can disable the auto-refresh in pending changes view when login RTC repository, when I want to see the pending changes view, I can manually click refresh button.
