RTC copy workspace question Pending Changes view

This one is probably easy for you devs. A user was working on a project using WorkspaceA. He's now working on a new project and has created a private workspaceB. He "copied" (did not tell me how) his work from workspace A.

Now when he goes to Pending Changes.

workspaceB ->
workspaceA -> oldprojectstream

1) How can he get rid of workspaceA from Pending Changes view?
2) Why is workspaceB ready for outgoing, but there is nothing to send out?

To remove workspaceA from Pending Changes view in the Eclipse client, right click over that workspace and select the "unload" operation.
For the second question, you'd have to describe what was interpreted as "read for outgoing".   A screenshot would be best (if you have trouble attaching into the forum message, store the screen shot on some public web site, and paste the URL of that screen shot into the forum message).
