Hello Folks,
during the migration from v.3.0.1.1 to v.4.0.1 I receive
the following error message after running the RM Online Migration wizard.
Upgrade has failed. Refer to the documentation for information on running the upgrade a second time. <<<<
JazzAdmin user has a v40 license assigned.
The JTS and RM was been successfully installed as well as the RTC amnd RQM.
Do not understand how to perform again the RM Online Migration wizard.
Thanks in advance, Adriano

We think that a possible cause was due to the other CLM applications were not running when the RRC Online migration started.
We have resolved the problem dropping the JTS database and repeating the online migration  restoring the copy of the JTS database and restarted the upgrade process.
1) Drop the JTS DB
2) Restore database JTS from Backup
3) Run again the " upgrade/jts/jts_upgrade.sh " <<< JTS
4) Run again the "upgrade/rm/rm_upgrade.sh " <<< RRC (RM)
5) Before repeating the RRC Online migration make sure that all other CLM applications associated with the JTS     in the environment are all running.
6) Make sure that the JazzAdmin user has a v40 license assigned and activated prior to starting the RM Online migration.
7) Repeated the RRC Online Migration
8) Run the publish service initialize
Hope this helps, Adriano and Anna Maria Scardera
