RRC Converter installation needed?

Hi,
As RRC converter does not support all OS, my customer is deciding not installing it. Is this possible or is this needed to have RRC working (we are only using text based requirements in RRC)?

I know I will miss some graphical capabilities as Converter is used to render the read-only view of RRC V3 graphical artifacts. Is there more detail about the functionality missed if RRC Converter is not installed?

Many thanks

Hi Ana,

The only thing you would lack is the ability to view graphical artifacts.  You can skip installing the converter if you are not going to be using them.  You could actually still create graphical artifacts using the browser plugin, but as soon as you tried to view them outside of the editor, you would get errors due to the converter app not being installed.  Hope it helps,
