problem reading file with 4.0.0.1 ZIP for installation manager repository

After downloading the ZIP file containing the full version of RRC 4.0.0.1, I can't read it.

I just downloaded the install manager repository and had no issue. Did you follow https://jazz.net/downloads/help.jsp and used a download manager?
