Issue-Manual test recorder hangs after recording is started

I have a CLM4.0 set up with DB2 and WAS.using client firefox 10.0.7 or IE8 When I start Manual recording with browser mozila I have to minimize browser manually and after that I starts recording. I can proceed with it but toolbar gets hanged and I am not able to stop recording. I have to stop recording using task manager. Same thing is observed with IE8 but after initialization browser minimized automatically but further recorder toolbar issue persist. Need help. Thanks, Pallavi |
