RQM can't show test environment information when generate TER
Hey All,
I have project which can't show test environment information when generate TER, but I can check the test environment list when browse Lab Management->Test Environments. When click any test environment from the list, the page can't show any information, even the name.
One interest thing is other projects on the same rqm server have no that issue. And our rqm server just upgrade from 5.0.1 to 6.0.1
Does anyone have the same issue? Any idea to fix this issue.

Do you have any ifix applied on 6.0.1?
If you open any test plan's test environment, do you see the test environment is missing there(in 5.0.2, it was there for example) in this specific project area?
The symptom is very similar to the one reported in

You may contact support team to confirm if this is the known defect and if yes, a testfix can be requested.
