Can I create qm_user in RTC registry for use with QM Build Provider ?
Scenario: CLM 6.0.2 recently upgraded from v5.0.2 RQM users report that build results do not appear in their QM projects. I have repaired this by adding qm_user to the RTC side for the QM Consumer. However, today we have a repeat of this issue where QM and CCM do not share JTS and the JTS managing the CCM side has NO QM applications, thus no qm_user.
Can I create the qm_user in the JTS and let it propagate out to the RTC then use that new ID on the RTC Consumer to effectively gather build records ?

Well, being the intrepid explorer and the fact that customer was leaning toward hovering.... I ran repotools-jts -createUser on the RTC side JTS, let the ID propagate. I then added the new qm_user as the user id for the QM Consumer on the RTC side and after about 15 minutes wait, fresh build records are now in the QM project area.
