Hi,

Not sure how we have done it but we appear to be in a funny situation in that we have TER records that we cannot find from the RQM UI... In the reports we can see that TER's are marked as not run however all the testcases have been created and run for that set of testcases.

It appears to be something to do with the environment settings but I'm not 100% sure how we can solve the problem :-(.
