Problem installing server activation kit for 1.0.1 M3

I've install the Jazz Team Server 1.0.1 M3 and I get this error trying to install the server activation kit downloaded from IBM XL
CRJAZ0975I The policy requires the bundle com.ibm.team.jazz.server(1.0.0,1.1.0), but it could not be found.
Where can IBM internals get licenses for 1.0.1 server activation and also floating license keys at this time and developer access licenses.
After attempting to upload the server activation key and getting the above error, my 1.0.1 M3 Jazz Server is toast. If permanent licenses are not yet available to internals, how can I get the temporary trial license activated again?

The 1.0.1 M3 release is not a GA build, and so it is not possible to
install a permanent key into it. The trial version of that build will
last long enough for the GA build to be released. If you would like to
do some preliminary testing with floating CALs, send me an e-mail and I
can help you out.
