Does Update Tool still exists?

Hi,
I read abou the "Update Tool" in this article. Does this tool still exists? Or does exists some similar for new versions of RTC?

I think that corresponds to the RTC Eclipse action you can find here:

Team Artifacts > Repository Connections (right click) Adminster > Add New Features to Project Areas....
