Team Area change log?

This question was asked in 2008:
Is there a log of changes to a team area - e.g. who added members, who added roles to existing members, who changed the team name etc? With the answer: we don't have it exposed in an editor yet. I cannot find any update for this question. Has the Team Area Change been made available in any release since 2009? |

In the Eclipse client, you can view the history of the process customization source of a team area (or the process specification source of a project area). But there is still no way to view the history of other parts of a team area or project area, such as membership and member role assignments.

Fred, as far as I am aware there is only the process configuration history as described here: https://jazz.net/library/article/503. You can compare the histories, but I am not aware of a detailed history that can be compared to say the work item history.

Good question: I would be interested in a change log for modifications of the project area and/or team area, too.
