We are trying to configure integration between DOORS 9.4 and RQM 4.0. We try to ADD DOORS as requirements management provider to project association.  Following error message is displayed:
Failed to read artifact container catalog resource:
Unable to load URL: /qm/proxy?uri=http://brs-doorsdb.haemo.net:8080/dwa/public/rootservices, Status: 500

We have done following steps to configure the integration.
Added DOORS in consumers (inbound)
Added DOORS as friends (outbound)
Added DOORS to whitelist.
Added RQM to server list in Remote services in DOORS
Added RQM project in collaboration links.
When we try to add DOORS to Project association in RQM, we are getting above message.

I would like to get more information about your set up, do you see any error messages in log file?

It is essential that your Rational DOORS Web Access installation is running in https mode, from your error there, seems it is not running in https mode.

Please make sure you follow all the steps for DOORS set up BEFORE you configure the RQM side.
You must launched Rational DOORS Web Access in a browser and logged in at least once since it was started.

The steps are detailed in the following link

Are you running Rational DOORS Web Access in https mode?
Have you followed ALL the steps to set up the DOORS according to the info center?

We were able to configure SSL for DOORS and followed instructions in info center. It is still giving same error:

Failed to read matching artifact container catalog resource:

Unable to load URL: /qm/proxy?uri=https://brs-doorsdb.haemo.net:8443/dwa/rm/discovery/catalog&oauth_token=19d404b5-d014-4450-b7f0-5f3d4fce1e44&request_token_secret=undefined&oauth_provider=undefined, Status: 500
