Is it possible to copy artifacts from RQM 3.0.1.3 to RQM 4.0 with RQMCopyUtility?

It is possible to copy artifacts from 3.0.1.3 to 4.0. However, please note that this is not a supported/tested method.

It is recommended to use the copy utility between the same version of servers.

However, I was able to copy a few artifacts from 3.0.1.3 to 4.0 using the 3.0.1.x copy utility.

Also FYI, copy utility supports only limited artifacts that can be copied across servers.
