A specific user with this software:

OS: Windows 7

Browser: IE8

has suddenly a problem accessing every project Area in our RRC Platform.

<< Error ID: CRRRW7553E - Unable to load https://..../multi-request status:500

Error 500 Internal Server Error.

Host name may not be null.>>

it's so weird cause:

  1. formerly he could works fine.
  2. he is able right now to work fine with Firefox and other users are able to work fine with IE.

What kind of problem could be?

As the server communication is working for other browsers and other people I would suggest clearing the active logins and cache in IE8 for that user, restarting, and trying again. If that fails try deleting the cookies and try again.

If it still fails then I would suggest contacting tech support.
