Report for links for requirement shows removed link

My custom report for links for requirements in IBM Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) shows requirements with removed link.

I am using JRS and IBM Data Collection Component (DCC) in version. 6.0ifix4

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a custom requirement link in IBM Doors Next Generation (DNG) and associate two requirements with that link.

  2. Create a report displaying requirement link for one of the requirements.

  3. Run the report. The report should display the linked work item created in 1 correctly.

  4. Remove the association created in 1

  5. Run DCC jobs

  6. Open a report created in 2.
    Expected behavior:
the requirements are visible in the report
    Actual behavior:
the requirements created in point 1 are not visible in the report

The root cause was unidentified defect in DCC 6.0ifix4 or lower.

WORKAROUND:
  1. Install DCC 6.0ifix5 or higher

  2. Run a full ETL: In dcc/web select "Delta Load configuration" on the left. Change the load types listed to Full Load and save. Go back to the "Data collection jobs"  and run all data warehouse
    collection jobs.

  3. Refresh the data source meta-model: Navigate to /rs and click on the "Data Sources" button in the upper right. Click on your Data Warehouse data source
Click Refresh.  This will take a while, but a message at the top of the page will let you know once it is complete.

  4. Test Report Builder: Create a new report and verify if you can see the custom link type.

There is also similar APAR PI49848: IN DNG 6.0, THE API FEED FOR LINK TYPES ONLY RETURNS THE INFORMATION FOR 2 PROJECTS.

It is recommended to install ifix5 if you are using custom link types in DNG even if you do not have the issue with seing removed links in JRS report.

I've seen several of these and they seem useful, but they seem to "get lost".  Maybe a tag needs to come forward to help one locate these kinds of posts.
