Clickable hyperlink in RRC text field

If add a hyperlink
e.g.

doors://IBM-R999RDB:36679/?version=2&prodID=0&urn=urn:telelogic::1-4d0e145d387a75fa-O-2-00003420

or

http://www.google.com

neither of them resolves as a clickable hyperlink in RRC richtext field.

How do I make them a clickable hyperlink?

I can link single artifact to text in editor. But if I select multiple artifacts then the hyperlink is not created to the particular text, rather it creates new hyperlinks in top of the document in text editor without any connection with the intended text. Is there supportĀ to link multiple artifacts to single text in RRC 4.0??
