How to move a requirement from one Project Area to another in RRC?

I have a lot of requirements in a Project Area A which I need to move to Project Area B. Is there any way to do this?

With V4.0.1 probably the best method is ReqIF from the data exchange methods described in this list

There are some limitations with ReqIF but it does maintain the rich text formatting unlike csv.
