Auto sync RTC source control with Rational Asset Manager

 Hello,

Is there a way to automatically have Rational Team Concert's projects from source control appear in/sync with Rational Application Manager?  I see guides about using Eclipse to have RAM assets associated with RTC source control bits, but I cannot find how to do this automatically on the server side.
