How to connects a relationships/interace between RAM and RTC

My company have used the Rational Asset Management and RTC.

My question is how to connects the relationship/interface from RAM to RTC with Java code?

Any one can help me a bit hind so that I can use my java code to creat an relationship/interface between RAM and RTC
