In RTC 3.0, is it possible to place a CQ query widget on my personal dashboard? I do not see the friends catalog. Does CQ need to be set up as a consumer of JTS?

Follow up - have to make a friendship between JTS and CQ as the personal dashboard is a part of JTS.
