Can the public URI and the port be changed after install?
Hi Guys,
Is there a way to change the Port Number and URI after the installation or do I have to uninstall everything and re-install.
And what would it be the process to assign a new port number to the server?

Hi Felipe,
The only way to change the public URI after the product has already been configured is to perform a server rename. As for the process of assigning a new port, it depends on the application server you are using but this is also covered in the InfoCenter in this topic. If you do not have any data in the applications yet I would suggest just doing a new install on the new host/port you want to be using going forward. Hope it helps, |
