URGENT-- Artifact re-appearing after JTS database RESTORE

Hi

I have CLM 3.0.1.1 installed.  I did the following in DB2 9.7

1) Stopped Tomcat services
2) Took full OFFLINE backup of all the databases (JTS CCM and QM)
3) Added a requirement called 'Requirement1' in RRC project
4) Restored from the backup taken in step 2. I restored in the above order as JTS,CCM and then QM databases.
5) Checked the RRC project and the artifact created in step 3 appears as listed in the project and when I click on it I get this error. This seems to happen in CLM 3.0.1.2 as well.  The CCM and QM restore does not have any problems. The following error is only with JTS database after restore.

ID CRRRW7552E  The item that you are trying to view cannot be found in the database. It might have been deleted by another user.

This sounds like an indexing problem, have you tried reindexing the RM application?

Step 11 in the help instructions for the setup wizard

http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.jazz.install.doc%2Ftopics%2Ft_s_server_installation_setup_wizard.html

says this

if you are upgrading from Rational Requirements Composer version 2 or you are adding a Requirements Management application to an existing Jazz Team Server environment, also click Rebuild Index. If you are configuring an entirely new environment, you do not have to rebuild the index.

Thanks Robin. Yes I did a re-index and works fine.

Thanks again.
