RQM 5.0.2 ERROR: more than one requirement was found with externalUID

Hello,

I have integrated RQM with ReqPro, and When I tried to duplicate a TestCases I get this message:

Caused by: com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: more than one
 requirement was found with externalUID={...}

I been able to do this action for other TestCase with Requirements (no differences) for some of them I'm getting this issue.

any idea how to solve this?
