DOORS 9.6 and DWA- managing shareable locks and licenses

We are running both DOORS 9.6 and DWA.  When launching the MANAGE LOCKS screen there are several DWA users that show SHAREABLE LOCKS from several days/weeks ago even though they claim they are no longer using DOORS.   

The UNLOCK button on the MANAGE LOCKS screen doesn't terminate the lock. 

I've asked them to log back into DWA and then log back out, but that doesn't help. 

Q: Are they also tying up a DOORS license? 

Q: How can I free up their lock and license? 

Q: Is there an easy way to see who is tying up licenses without parsing through the LICENSE LOG file?
