When we enter the keyword in "CHANGE REQUEST "workitem type in RTC under the section comments , EG: If we insert CR 1234677 it is getting converted to hyper link which should not happen, this issue is occuring only for specific project area?

How can we fix this,Is there anything to do with Process Configuration Source or Follow up actions? Please  help me regarding this?

Hi Naik,

Thank you for the reply,

The above link mention says about the Enhancement that we need to follow,

I was not clear about few points which are bellow:

Rich text editing to to be enhanced to

1) Indicate text that is going to be automatically linked and to allow one to disallow the automatic link.

2) Allows links to be removed after the work item changes have been saved.

Can you brief about the above statement? Is there any fixed solution that we can eliminate Link Name Detection?

Thank you for your response.

It is a product enhancement request raised for a future release, not planned and implemented yet. So No solution yet. Currently it picks up the WI Name and keywords in alias for Link Name detection.

You could add your comments in the enhancement and add your vote as well
