Server is showing message as offline or unreachable.How to resolve this error for Jazz team server?
In server diagnostics,under applications and friends tab.I am getting the error as
Application:The discovery resource at.../rm/rootservices for /rm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../rm/scr for /rm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../relm/scr for /relm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../ccm/rootservices for /ccm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../ccm/scr for /ccm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../qm/rootservices for /qm cannot be accessed
The returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../qm/scr for /qm cannot be accessed
the returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../dcc/rootservices for /dcc cannot be accessed
the returned http status was 400
Application:The discovery resource at ../dcc/scr for /dcc cannot be accessed

Server is showing message as offline or unreachable.
We lost all projects created and data was lost,Please suggest to resolve this error so that we can access the server.

Hi Monali,
There could be several reasons why the applications are showing offline or unreachable.
You can look at application.xml file where you have configured JTS.
for example if you are using liberty profile as application server the path for the file is D:\\\JTS_directory\server\liberty\servers\clm\conf.
Please check if the applications ccm,relm,qm etc are not commented.

JAZZ DEVELOPER Nov 17 '17, 9:17 a.m.Do (some) application pages still work? With the rootservices documents not responding, I would expect nothing to work. From the diagnostics messages hard to tell what's causing this. So yes, contact IBM support
