Rational Publishing Engine (RPE) - Converting from using license server to using license file

This is not quite jazz product but i worked with it before.
RPE uses the legacy Telelogic FlexLM licensing. So this is the approach I have used previous to reset RPE and Rational System Architect.
As local system administrator, open regedit, got to HKEY_Current_User\Software\FlexLM License Manager\ and clear the TELELOGIC_LICENSE_FILE key (which should have should the current license server).
Restart your RPE and Specify the License Key.
