RPE - Not able to add a data source

I am trying to add a new data source to an RPE template, and receive the following errors from the RPE Console:

CRRPE2017I Downloading https://<server>:<port>/rm/publish/text?metadata=schema
CRRPE2026I Schema downloaded from: https://<server>:<port>/rm/publish/text?metadata=schema.
CRRPE2027I Schema downloaded from: https://<server>:<port>/rm/publish/text?metadata=schema.
CRRPE2025E Schema https://<server>:<port>/rm/publish/text?metadata=schema cannot not be loaded.
CRRPE0153E Cannot execute operation 

I am using RPE 1.1.2 and RRC 4.0.  I double checked and the versions of RPE and RRC seem to be compatible, and there does not appear to be an option to specify which authentication protocol to use.

Any thoughts?

Have you upgraded your RPE to 1.1.2.2? The FAQ entry

We just finished doing this upgrade, and it appears to be working.

I'm having some trouble I cant not add the http://130.30.5.122:9080/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/schema/qm.xsd. 
I have this errors :

CRRPE2017I The http://130.30.5.122:9080/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/schema/qm.xsd resource is being downloaded.
CRRPE2026I The schema was downloaded from http://130.30.5.122:9080/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/schema/qm.xsd.
CRRPE2027I The schema was downloaded from http://130.30.5.122:9080/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/schema/qm.xsd.
CRRPE2025E The schema http://130.30.5.122:9080/jazz/service/com.ibm.rqm.integration.service.IIntegrationService/schema/qm.xsd cannot be loaded.
CRRPE0153E The data source schema could not be added.

I'm using RPE 1.3 template version 1 and rqm 2.0.1
