Can we use RPE to generate a Report that looks across different repositories?

We are wanting to confirm a Central Accreditation RRC Repository which provides Requirements to separate CLM repositories.
That way we can have an Accreditation requirement which is applicable to many projects. And each project will build artefacts...requirements, development work items, defects, tests, test results based on the same Accreditation requirements. In addition - these projects would have their own set of Functional/Non Functional Requirements.
Periodically - we want to be able to run Accreditation Reports on our Environement which encompasses all projects. Logically - this means defining a report from the Accreditation Repository and consolidating all requirements across all projects for each control requirement and assessing the Compliance result.
THE QUESTION IS:
Is there a way of defining an RPE report which could reside on the Accreditation Repository which could see data from all the Child Projects? I.e. Control Requirement on the Master Repository, Slave Repositories would have Child Requirements, Development Items, Tests and Test Results.
