For this kind of issue, it might be better to open a defect and attach the rm.log, jts.log and the tomcat logs.  Also, include information on what are the artifact types for the 2 artifacts you are trying to link together.  Does the issue occur only between these 2 artifacts or all types of artifacts.  Include all of the information above in a defect filed against RRC via Jazz.net.

We did open the support request... anyways work's ON... as a first note it was identified that there were some email ID's as hyperlinks in the document which were getting created as "link from" and at the time of import the email-id hyperlinks were created and this caused the error when we were trying to open the link explorer... anyways after removing the link from to the email id hyper links we are able to view the Open link explorer, but why its happening and how to avoid still to be known... I will keep the forum posted... If anyone else has a thought, Please suggest...
