Project Setup question for CLM.

All, I have a question on project setup. Look at the below example....

Ignoring how you got there, and what the future plans are:

Let's say you have a company that operates 3 websites: ibm.com, jazz.net and rational.com. You want to make changes for some code for each of these sites, but each site also has some code they do on their own.

You want to add information on CLM 4.0.1 to each site.
ibm.com needs some development of work for their site.

Knowing that there is some code that is shared between each site, should you create One Project (IBM Website) and split everything up into categories? Or should you create a separate project for each piece as the projects are referred to as "we need this on ibm.com and jazz.net, but rational.com is not a priority right now".

Taken the above example, what are your thoughts?

This is great...and bookmarked. This needs to be an article in the jazz.net library...

with an extension on team areas.
