How do I configure email notification in doors next 5.0?

Email notification is globally defined from the Jazz team server administration page (example: [server]:9443/jts/admin) > Manage Server.
In the Configuration section in the left hand side of the Manage Server page, you will see E-mail Settings. This is where you can enable the email notifications.
Work items, reviews, comments all have notifications.

Thanks for your answer, but it wasn't what I am looking for. Email notifications are working on out system.
In RTC it is possible to configure how the email should look like.
For example you can configure that the subject of the email depends on the role you have (if you are modifier, subscriber, ...). Or you can add the last x comments of a workitem.

Unfortunately at this time, this functionality is not part of the RRC / RDNG tool.
( I checked the product backlog, and you are not alone in wanting this functionality. )
