Can database modelling be used with Design Manager 4.0?

Are the database modeling capabilities in RSA 8 still functional and can they be used with Design Manager?

If you are referring to the Physical Data Model capabilities in RSA for WebSphere then they can be used in the workspace but that model format is not supported for being imported or managed in Design Management.

exist another way for database modelling (e.g: tables, store procedure, views) in Design Manager?

You could sketch them or use UML with data profile but nothing E-R like (like IDA).

is in the plans to achieve the import of this type of model?, I can request this feature as an enhancement?

Yes, you can log an enhancement.   Note that the request to support InfoSphere Data Architect has already been created.
