Some users in BlueGroup not associated to RTC repository gro

I'm using RTC v1.0 with tomcat. I'm using BluePages for authentication
and have mapped a BlueGroups to JazzUsers, JazzAdmins, JazzDWAdmins. All
of about 25 users are correctly associated with the JazzUsers repository
group, but three are not. I've tried removing these users and re-adding
them to the BlueGroup as well as shutdown/restart of tomcat with no
luck. Both the Web UI and the Ecipse-based client indicate the user is
valid in the LDAP registry, but the JazzUsers group is not set.

How can I diagnose why these three users aren't getting the JazzUsers
repository group association? Should I open a defect Work Item?

Thanks, Brian
