I am on RTC 4.0.0.1 and have setup a team dashboard with 2 external content widgets.  The first I point to http://w3.ibm.com and the other I point to a local webserver with a basic HTML with a table.

When I display the dashboard with IE 8.0, it works fine.
When I display the dashboard with FireFox 23.01, both of the external content widgets are blank.

Is this a known bug? A known limitation?

I had someone else try it on ESR 17.0.8 and it seems to work.  I guess i'll downgrade my Firefox.

The RTC/Jazz team may want to look at this prior to supporting FF 23.

Hi Susan,
I tried with my installation and with w3.ibm.com and it worked for me.

Please notice that only firefox 17 is officially supported: https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements403#B2_Browsers

Have you tried using Firefox 17 to check if it is working correctly?

Also have you tried with Firefox 23.1 but from a different machine? what is the result?
