Is it possible to pre-populate approvals with default values in WI in RTC 3.0.1 ?

Is it possible to have the Approvals in a WI to be pre-populated default entries in Approval section? Our requirement goes like this:
For certain work items, we would want two approvals to be auto created with users added to them when the work item is created. 1) Customer Approval - With customer names added to the Approval 2) Management Approval - With manager name added to the approval  Please let me know how this can be done. I checked the approach of creating Work Item templates mentioned in this link. But would like to try other alternatives as that may not suit our scenario. Regards Vinay |

You can't do this through the UI. But you can try to create a custom follow-up action to add the default approvals. This need some coding job.
