How to add\update user fields in RTC and RQM

 Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding user management in Jazz (RTC, RQM):
  • Is there a way to retrieve a user info out of RTC (name, address) using his name ID?
  • can I set the 'Owner' field in a test artifact using the full name of a user instead of its user ID?

  2. Contributors are displayed using their user ID (case sensitive) but you can search for contributors based on your name or user ID (case sensitive).
