CQ Gateway: outgoing changes are visible whereas outgoing sync is disabled
Using RTC 3.0.1.3
I have set-up my CQ Gateway to as to disable outgoing synchronization
(changes are not sync'ed out from RTC to CQ)
However, in my RTC Client, I can see all outgoing changes - and they remain there forever - as the outgoing synchronization is disabled.
Can I filter these changes?
Is this a bug?

Core Dev Team confirmed that it is expected behavior that pending outgoing changes are visible in the Eclipse Synchronization Status view. No filtering capability for now.
So I opened a new enhancement to address this behavior:
Ability to filter pending outgoing changes on the Eclipse Synchronization Status view (if outgoing sync is not enabled)
