Validation between RTC and HP Service manager after the integration.
Dear All,
We are planning to integrate RTC with HPSM(HP Service Manager) tool for project improvement. Before integration, I would like to know the following.
· When the RTC user enter the number into “Incident Number” attribute/field in defect workitem, RTC should validate the number with HPSM APIs/database whether this number is already existing or not. If the number is not existing in HPSM APIs/database, RTC should not allow to enter the number into “Incident Number” attribute/field in defect workitem. Please let me know the above feature is possible or not once RTC integrated with HPSM.

Yes this is possible .You may develop the integration on the usecase required.You may use REST APi's or RTC SDK to develop depending on your use cases.
