Validation between RTC and HP Service manager after the integration.
Dear All,
We are planning to integrate RTC with HPSM(HP Service Manager) tool for project improvement. Before integration, I would like to know the following.
· When the RTC user enter the number into “Incident Number” attribute/field in defect workitem, RTC should validate the number with HPSM APIs/database whether this number is already existing or not. If the number is not existing in HPSM APIs/database, RTC should not allow to enter the number into “Incident Number” attribute/field in defect workitem.
Please let me know the above feature is possible or not once RTC integrated with HPSM.
