Hi,
we get the following email to prompt us to change our Jazz passwords... *** A message from the jazz.net website team: UserID: xxxxxx This is an automatically generated email to tell you that your jazz.net password will expire in 10 days. Please log in and change your password as soon as possible by following this link: http://jazz.net/user/password-change.jsp If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following this link: https://jazz.net/pub/user/password-reset-request.jsp You can contact the jazz.net website team at webmaster@jazz.net. The Jazz.net Website Team *** I click on the password-change link, and try log on with my User ID and password . . . only for my password not to be accepted .... This happened last time (6 months ago ? ) as well . . . and once you try three times . . . then you need to do a password reset. Am I going crazy ? Is there an issue with the Password renewal process ? |

Are you sure your password hadn't already expired? Are you sure you are entering the correct credentials (i.e. were you able to log in just prior with these same credentials?) If you are still stuck, please let me know. |
