Is it possible to convert someone else's answer into a comment in the forum?

I noticed that I can convert my own comments into answers and vice-versa. Is it possible to convert someone else's answer into a comment? I find a lot of answers that are really just comments and it would be nice if I could organize as appropriate.

Yes, users with 500 reputation can convert comments to answers or answers to comments. You should be there soon ;-)

I can't convert answers to comments anymore. Is this intentional?

@millarde: Would you happen to know why I can no longer convert comments to answers and vice-versa? I used to be able to but cannot anymore.
