Error migrating projects from RTC 2.0 to RTC 3.0.1.3
Hi,
I have a new installation of Rational Team Concert 3.0.1.3 with Ldap and Oracle database. When I tried to migrate database using repotools, I got the next error:

2012-05-25 17:55:30,718 CRJAZ0656I **ERROR** Migration completed with errors. The imported database is in an inconsistent state and should not be used without further analysis.

What am I doing wrong? Or what step I am missing for migration?

what does the log say?
In general the upgrade is a bit complex.
If you haven't please read the interactive upgrade guide in the help and also

Last option, if there is no additional data in the log, is to get in contact with support.
