Creating automated test case / test plan

Hi,
Is there any way, on creation of work item in RTC, it triggers in RQM to create test case / test plan ? i.e automated creation of test case / test plan whenever there is RTC work item created ?

There is no way to automate the process but you can do these steps from the RTC client to make the process easier.
