Is it possible to exectute test suite test cases selectively

Hi. When you execute a test suite you are presented with a list of test cases. While a subset of these test cases can be selected, this doesn't seem to impact the test cases that are actually run - all test cases always run.

Am I missing something here or is the ability to select test cases only to facilitate setting adapters for multiple test cases?

Thanks!
